According to Article 46.1 of the Law on Companies, has announced that the Board of Directors, by Resolution No. 01 dated February 18, 2025, will distribute dividends to shareholders by setting the profit per share at 450 MNT, taking into account the conclusions and prospects of the company's operational and financial statements for 2024.

It has been decided to distribute the dividends in cash by April 30, 2025 through the "Centralized Securities Depository Center" LLC, in accordance with Resolution No. 49 of 2024 of the Financial Regulatory Commission.
