According to the relevant provisions of Article 46 of the Law on Companies, by Resolution No. 02 of the Board of Directors dated February 18, 2025, "Bayangol Hotel" JSC has announced that it will distribute dividends based on the net profit of 2024 in the amount of 330 MNT per share.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by May 01, 2025.
