On February 18, 2025, by the decision of the Board of Directors, No. 05, based on Section 46.1 of the Company Law, Section 76.1.12, and Section 9.8.6 of the company’s regulations, as well as Section 3.1 of the dividend policy, "Sendly NBFI" JSC announced that it will distribute dividends from its net profit after tax for 2024 amounting to 1,701,367,700.00 MNT (one billion seven hundred one million three hundred sixty-seven thousand seven hundred), which is equivalent to MNT 7.61 per share.

The list of shareholders eligible for dividends will be determined based on the shareholder registry date, which will be March 17, 2025. The dividends will be distributed via the Mongolian Central Securities Depository by April 10, 2025.
