The Financial Regulatory Commission, in its official letter No. 9/652 dated February 24, 2025, ordered the company to organize an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting in a combined format of in-person and online in order to create conditions for each shareholder of “State Department Store” JSC to participate in the meeting.

Accordingly, "State Department Store" JSC has announced that an extraordinary shareholders' meeting will be held on March 5, 2025, at 10:00 AM in a hybrid format (both online and in-person). The meeting will take place at the "Ulaanbaatar" conference hall, located on the 4.5th floor of the "Nomin United" complex, Chinggis Avenue, 20th khoroo, Khan-Uul district, Ulaanbaatar.
