Following the delisting of Bogd Bank JSC from the securities registry of the Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE), the company has been removed from the TOP-20 Index in accordance with:

• Article 83.1 of the Company Law,

• Article 70.1.9 of the Securities Market Law,

• Clause 6.9.3 of the MSE Charter, and

• Clause 3.3 of the Securities Price Index Calculation Rules.

As a replacement, Innovation Investment JSC has been added to the TOP-20 Index.

MONGOLIAN STOCK EXCHANGE
