According to Section 20.1.6 of Article 20 of the Securities Market Law and Section 10.4 of Article 10 of the Accounting Law, securities issuer shall have an obligation to submit semi-annual financial and operational reports to the Mongolian Stock Exchange by July 20th of each year.
In connection with the submission deadline, which has been extended until July 28, 2025 by the Ministry of Finance, MSE warns the issuers to submit their semi-annual financial and operational reports on time.
MSE hereby informs that it will impose measures stipulated in the “Regulation on Information Disclosure” of the FRC, relevant rules and regulations of MSE and the “Listing Agreement” against companies that fail to fulfill their legal obligations within the extension period.
