On August 04, 2025, APU JSC, registered in the 1st classification of "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC, presented its operational and financial results for the first half of 2025.

The performance of the company’s operational plan:

· Based on the business performance in the first half of 2025, a total of MNT 69.1 billion in dividends was declared, representing an 18% increase compared to the same period last year.

· Sales revenue showed a year-over-year increase compared to the same period of the previous year.

· Capital investment related to the dairy plant expansion project has increased, reinforcing the foundation for future growth.

Highlights of the first half of 2025:

· Since 2007, the Sengur brand has stood out in the Mongolian beer market with its smooth taste, becoming a top consumer choice for 17 consecutive years. In 2025, Sengur has been completely renewed with a refreshed flavor and visual identity, elevating the brand’s value and positioning it at a new level of innovation and smoothness.

· At the 2025 Monde Selection Awards held in Brussels, Belgium—an esteemed global institute for quality and standards—APU JSC received Gold Awards for its national brands: Blue Mark, Kharaa, Seruun, and Ginger Ale.

· The prestigious French wine and liqueur retail chain Nicolas, along with Vinatis, one of Europe’s largest e-commerce platforms, have officially begun retailing Chinggis Khan, Soyombo, and Chinggis Grandkhaan products from APU.

· The Altan Gobi brand is now available to South Korean consumers through emart24, a convenience store chain with over 8,000 branches nationwide, significantly expanding its international presence.

· APU Dairy Mongolia has launched a comprehensive strategic partnership with the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry, Khan Bank, the Mongolian Sustainable Finance Association, and the National Dairy Sector Development Council. This collaboration aims to deliver high-quality policy support, investment, and professional standards to farmers, herders, and crop producers.

· APU Dairy Mongolia was honored with the Superior Taste Award 2025, a prestigious international recognition for excellence in taste and quality.

· APU JSC, APU Dairy LLC, Natur Agro Distillery, and MBC Asia Pacific LLC have jointly commenced the construction of a state-of-the-art wastewater treatment facility that meets international environmental standards and enables wastewater reuse across operations.
