The Financial Regulatory Commission (FRC), through Resolution No. 301 dated August 7, 2025, and the CEO of the Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE), through Order No. A/328 dated August 18, 2025, decided to amend the securities registration of Erdene Resource Development Corporation.

In connection with this decision, pursuant to the official requirement No.123 dated August 26, 2025, of the State Inspector of the Financial Regulatory Commission, starting from August 27, 2025, during the period of amending the securities registration by the Central Securities Depository LLC, the "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC has temporarily suspended the trading of ‘Erdene Resource Development Corporation’ securities.
