“Hermes Centre” JSC, in accordance with Articles 46 and 76.1.12 of the Company Law and the resolution No. 09 of the Board of Directors dated August 28, 2025, has decided to distribute dividends from the company’s net profit for the first half of 2025 at MNT 15.70 per share.

The record date for entitled shareholders eligible to receive dividends is set as September 15, 2025, and the dividends will be distributed through the Mongolian Central Securities Depository (MCSD) on November 20, 2025.
