In accordance with Resolution No. 301 of the Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated August 7, 2025, and Order No. A/347 of the CEO of the Mongolian Stock Exchange dated September 1, 2025, changes have been made to the securities registration of Erdene Resource Development Corporation, which is listed on the Mongolian Stock Exchange.

As part of the adjustment, 6 existing ordinary shares out of 365,801,958 shares were consolidated into 1 share, and fractional shares were rounded to the nearest whole number. As a result, the total number of securities after issuance is 61,063,549 shares.
