In accordance with official order No.123 dated August 26, 2025, issued by the State Inspector of the Financial Regulatory Commission, the Mongolian Stock Exchange temporarily suspended the trading of securities of “Erdene Resource Development Corporation” starting from August 27, 2025.

As the “Mongolian Central Securities Depository” LLC has made amendments to the securities registry of “Erdene Resource Development Corporation,” and pursuant to official order No.124 dated September 9, 2025, issued by the State Inspector of the Financial Regulatory Commission, trading of the company’s securities has been resumed effective today (September 9, 2025).
