Due to the resignation of Acting Chief Executive Officer T. Khash-Erdene upon his own request, the Board of Directors of the Mongolian Stock Exchange issued Resolution No. 57 on December 9, 2025, reassigning Mr. Khash-Erdene.T to the position of Director of the Business Development Department. On the same day, by Resolution No. 58, the Board appointed Munkhbat.D as the Interim Chief Executive Officer until a new CEO is selected through an open competitive recruitment process.

Mr. Munkhbat.D began his professional career at JPMorgan Chase in the United States. He has extensive experience in the Mongolian capital market, having held senior management positions at DBM Asset Management Securities and Golomt Capital Securities, where he has led the introduction of innovative financial products and managed projects funded by international financial institutions.
