Based on Official Letter No. 1/4450 issued by the Financial Regulatory Commission on December 9, 2025, confirming the successful completion of the primary market trading of the “Shunkhlai-3” debt securities offered to the public by Shunkhlai LLC, the secondary market trading of these securities will commence on December 11, 2025.
