Pursuant to Orders No. A/25 and A/26 dated Junuary 19, 2026, issued by the Chief Executive Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE) regarding the registration of Government securities, domestic Government securities with 5-year coupon-bearing maturity and 26-week discounted maturity have been registered on the securities list of the Mongolian Stock Exchange.

The primary market trading will be conducted on February 04, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. During the trading session, coupon-bearing and discounted Government securities, each with a par value of MNT 100,000 and 50,000 units, will be offered to the public. A total of MNT 10.0 billion will be raised.

Investors are invited to participate in the primary and secondary market trading through their respective licensed securities companies.
