“Suu” JSC announced that, in accordance with Chapter 6, Article 76.1 of the Company Law, Section 8.15.15 of Chapter 8 and Chapter 11 of the Company Charter, and Resolution No. 03 of the Board of Directors dated February 3, 2026, the company will distribute dividends from its after-tax net profit for 2025.

The company will distribute a dividend of MNT 5.09 per share (five tugriks and nine mungus), totaling MNT 1,746,542,679.13.

The list of shareholders eligible for dividends will be the registration date of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The dividends will be transferred by April 30, 2026.
