“Khurд” JSC announced that, pursuant to Article 46.1 of the Company Law and Board Resolution No. 01 dated February 9, 2026, and based on the company’s operating results, financial condition, and future outlook for 2025, it will distribute a dividend of MNT 3,800 per share.

The list of shareholders eligible for dividends is set as the registration date of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, and the dividends will be transferred to shareholders’ accounts at the Securities Central Depository LLC by June 1, 2026.
