"APU" JSC has announced that, in accordance with Article 46 of the Company Law, Clause 6.4 of the company’s charter, and Resolution No. 26/02 of the Board of Directors dated February 12, 2026, it will distribute dividends based on its financial performance for the second half of 2025.

The company will pay a dividend of MNT 65 per share, amounting to a total of MNT 69,171,800,945.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends will be the registration date of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The dividend will be paid in accordance with relevant laws and regulations no later than August 19, 2026.
