"Hermes Center" JSC, in accordance with Article 46 and Article 76.1.12 of the Company Law and Resolution No. 3 of the Board of Directors dated February 11, 2026, has resolved to distribute dividends from the company’s net profit for the second half of 2025 in the amount of MNT 10.69 (ten tugrik and sixty-nine möngö) per share.

The record date for determining shareholders eligible to receive dividends is March 9, 2026. Beginning March 16, 2026, the dividend will be transferred to shareholders’ bank accounts upon request and in cooperation with Үнэт цаасны төвлөрсөн хадгаламжийн төв, with payments to be completed no later than April 15, 2026.
