"Tavantolgoi" JSC, pursuant to Articles 46.1, 46.2, 46.5, 46.8 and 46.10, and Article 76.1.12 of the Company Law, as well as Articles 2.3, 7.4.11, 12.1 and 12.2.1 of the Company Charter, and Resolution No. 07 of the Board of Directors dated February 12, 2026, has resolved to distribute dividends from its year-end 2025 net profit after tax in the amount of MNT 3,138 per share.

The record date for determining shareholders entitled to receive dividends shall be the record date of the annual shareholders’ meeting. The dividend will be paid in cash within April 30, 2026.
