"Talkh Chikher" JSC, pursuant to Article 46, Clause 46.1 of the Company Law and Resolution No. 03 of the Board of Directors dated February 11, 2026, has resolved to distribute dividends based on the company’s 2025 operational performance, financial results, and future outlook, in the amount of MNT 450 per share.

The record date for determining shareholders entitled to receive dividends shall be the record date of the annual shareholders’ meeting. Dividend payments will be transferred to shareholders’ accounts through Mongolian central securities depository LLC starting from August 1, 2026.
