"Orkhon Hugjil" JSC, based on Articles 46.5 and 46.6 of the Company Law, resolved under Board Resolution No. 01 dated February 13, 2026, not to distribute dividends. The decision will be formally presented to all shareholders at the annual shareholders’ meeting.
