"Ard Credit NBFI" JSC, in accordance with

• Article 46, Clauses 46.1 and 46.2,
• Article 76, Clause 76.1.12 of the Company Law,
• Clauses 2.2 and 2.3 of Article 2 of the company’s Dividend Policy, and pursuant to Resolution No. 2026/5 of the Board of Directors dated February 16, 2026, has resolved to distribute dividends.

The company will distribute 25% of the net profit recorded in the 2025 year-end financial statements, amounting to a total of 1,106,560,000 (one billion one hundred six million five hundred sixty thousand) tugriks, calculated at 3.04 (three tugriks and four möngö) tugriks per share.

The record date for determining the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends has been set as the record date of the regular shareholders’ meeting in 2026, and the dividends will be distributed through the "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by April 30, 2026.
