"Innovation Investment" ХК (ticker: QPAY on MSE), based on:

• Article 46 and Article 76, Clause 76.1.12 of the Company Law,

• Article 23 of the company's Charter,

• Clause 2.8.7 of Article 2 of the "Regulations on the Activities of the Board of Directors",

• and the company's Dividend Policy,

pursuant to Resolution No. 01/01 of the Board of Directors dated February 12, 2026, has resolved to distribute dividends.

From the 2025 year-end net profit, the company will distribute a total of 9,244,458,000.00 (nine billion two hundred forty-four million four hundred fifty-eight thousand) tugriks to the 184,889,160 outstanding ordinary shares, calculated at 50 (fifty) tugriks per share.

The record date for determining the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends has been set as the record date of the regular shareholders’ meeting in 2026, and the dividends will be distributed through the "Central Securities Depository" LLC by April 30, 2026.
