iTools JSC, ticker: ITLS on MSE, pursuant to:

• Article 46 (including Clauses 46.1, 46.2), Article 76 Clause 76.1.12 of the Company Law,
• Clauses 7.27 and 7.31 of Article 7 of the company's Charter,
• other relevant regulations, and Resolution No. 26/002 of the Board of Directors dated February 12, 2026, has resolved to distribute dividends.

From the 2025 operational net profit, the company will distribute 18.55%, amounting to 137,808,496 tugriks, calculated at 4 (four) tugriks per share.

The record date for determining the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends has been set as the record date of the regular shareholders’ meeting in 2026, and the dividends will be distributed through the "Central Securities Depository" LLC by April 30, 2026.
