"Invescore NBFI" JSC has resolved to distribute dividends in accordance with Article 46 of the Company Law, Articles 9.6.21 and 13.7 of the Company’s Charter, and Board Resolutions No. 26/08 and No. 26/09 dated February 13, 2026.

From its 2025 year-end net profit, the Company will distribute:

• MNT 8,701,402,980 to holders of common shares, calculated at MNT 114.9 per share;

• MNT 2,040,000,000 to holders of preferred shares, calculated at MNT 850 per share.

The record date for determining the list of preferred shareholders entitled to receive dividends will be set as the record date of the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting. Dividends will be distributed through the Central Securities Depository LLC on April 20, 2026.
