Twenty Second Base JSC has resolved to distribute dividends in accordance with Article 46, Section 46.5 of the Company Law and Board Resolution No. 26/01 dated February 16, 2026.

From its 2025 year-end net profit, the Company will distribute MNT 498,419,960, calculated at MNT 188 per share.

The record date for determining the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends will be set as the record date of the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting. Dividends will be distributed through the Central Securities Depository LLC.
