"Bayangol Hotel" JSC has resolved to distribute dividends in accordance with Article 46 of the Company Law and Resolution No. 01 of the Company’s Board of Directors dated February 16, 2026.

From its 2025 year-end net profit, the Company will distribute dividends calculated at MNT 330 per share.

The record date for determining the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends will be set as the record date of the 2026 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting. The dividend payment date has been set for May 1, 2026, and the dividends will be distributed through the Central Securities Depository LLC.
