“Ulaanbaatar Khivs” JSC has decided to distribute dividends in accordance with Article 47 of the Company Law and Resolution No. 06/2026 of the Board of Directors dated February 12, 2026.

Based on the company’s 2025 production and operational results, dividends will be distributed to ordinary shareholders at MNT 2,000 (two thousand tögrög) per share.

The record date for shareholders entitled to receive dividends is set for March 20, 2026, and dividends will be distributed through the Central Securities Depository JSC by June 2026.
