“Monlogistics Holding” JSC has decided to distribute dividends in accordance with Article 46 and Article 76.1.12 of the Company Law, Article 7.14.10 of the Company Charter, the relevant provisions of the company’s dividend policy, and Resolution No. 26/TUZ/16 of the Board of Directors dated February 6, 2026.

From the company’s net profit at the end of 2025, 23.6%, or MNT 2,269,152,832.60, will be distributed as dividends at MNT 5.80 per share.

The record date for shareholders entitled to receive dividends will be the record date of the annual shareholders’ meeting, and dividends will be distributed through the Central Securities Depository JSC on April 30, 2026.
