“Khuvsgul Khuns” JSC has decided to distribute dividends in accordance with Article 46 of the Company Law and Resolution No. 01 of the Board of Directors dated February 16, 2026.

From the company’s post-tax net profit at the end of 2025, MNT 7,914,600 will be distributed as dividends at MNT 30 per share.

The record date for shareholders entitled to receive dividends will be the record date of the annual shareholders’ meeting, and dividends will be distributed through the Central Securities Depository JSC by December 31, 2026.
