“Makh Impex” JSC has decided to distribute dividends in accordance with Article 46 and Clause 46.1 of the Company Law, and Resolution No. 5 of the Board of Directors dated February 11, 2026.

Based on the 2025 year-end financial results and future outlook, dividends will be distributed at MNT 100 per share.

The record date for shareholders entitled to receive dividends will be the record date of the annual shareholders’ meeting, and dividends will be distributed through the Central Securities Depository JSC starting from August 1, 2026.
