“Bayan Teeg” JSC has decided to distribute dividends in accordance with Article 46 and Clause 46.1 of the Company Law, Article 7.3.13 of the Company Charter, and Resolution No. 1 of the Board of Directors dated February 11, 2026.

From the company’s 2025 profit, dividends will be distributed at MNT 3,960 (three thousand nine hundred sixty tögrög) per share.

The record date for shareholders entitled to receive dividends will be the record date of the annual shareholders’ meeting, and dividends will be distributed through the Central Securities Depository JSC on the day following the annual shareholders’ meeting.
