“Erdenet Suvarga” JSC has decided to distribute dividends in accordance with Article 80 and Clause 80.5 of the Company Law, and Resolution No. 02/02 of the Board of Directors dated February 12, 2026.
From the company’s 2025 operating profit, dividends will be distributed at MNT 5 per share.
The record date for shareholders entitled to receive dividends has been set for March 6, 2026.
