“Juulchin Duty Free” JSC has decided to distribute dividends in accordance with Article 46 of the Company Law, Articles 8.8.10 and 11.1 of the Company Charter, and Resolution No. TUZ2026-03/01 of the Board of Directors dated February 16, 2026.

From the company’s 2025 operating net profit and retained earnings, a total of MNT 279,749,360 will be distributed as dividends at MNT 4,280 per share.

The record date for shareholders entitled to receive dividends will be the record date of the annual shareholders’ meeting, and dividends will be distributed through the Central Securities Depository JSC by April 30, 2026.
