“Genco Tour Bureau” JSC has decided to distribute dividends in accordance with Article 46 and Clause 46.5 of the Company Law, Articles 2.9 and 3.8 of the Company Charter, and Resolution No. A/05 of the Board of Directors dated February 12, 2026.

Based on the company’s 2025 year-end financial statements, a total of MNT 1,000,000,000 from operating net profit will be distributed as dividends at MNT 12.5 per share.

The record date for shareholders entitled to receive dividends will be the record date of the annual shareholders’ meeting, and dividends will be distributed through the Central Securities Depository JSC on April 30, 2026.
