Based on Article 6.9.3 of the Charter of the Mongolian Stock Exchange JSC, Article 10.3.3 of the “Regulation on Registration of Asset-Backed Securities,” and official letters No. 01/214 dated March 5, 2026, and No. 01/228 dated March 10, 2026, from the Central Securities Depository JSC, the following decision has been made:

By Order No. A/112 of the Chief Executive Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, the asset-backed securities issued by “Invescore ABS SPC” LLC—comprising 500,000 units with a face value of MNT 100,000 each and trading under the code 5013 (ICAB)—have been fully repaid and are therefore delisted from the securities register of the Mongolian Stock Exchange.
