In accordance with Order No. 71 of the Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated March 6, 2026, and Order No. A/108 of the Chief Executive Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange dated March 12, 2026, an amendment has been made to the securities registration of Erdene Resource Development Corporation listed on the Mongolian Stock Exchange.

A total of 69,171 additional common shares, which were registered on the Toronto Stock Exchange (Canada), have been added to the existing 61,874,216 shares of the company. As a result, the total number of issued shares has been updated to 61,943,387 in the securities registration.
