Pursuant to Resolution No. A/503 dated November 27, 2025, issued by the Chief Executive Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange JSC, and Resolution No. 19 dated January 22, 2026, issued by the Financial Regulatory Commission, the name of “Khuvsgul” Joint Stock Company, listed in the III category of the Exchange, has been changed to “Ard Investment Group” Joint Stock Company, and its ticker symbol has been changed from “HVL” to “AIG.”

This decision is based on Resolution No. 25/05 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on September 22, 2025, and Official Request No. 25/47 dated November 12, 2025.
