The Financial Regulatory Commission, by Resolution No. 88 dated March 26, 2026, has extended the validity period of the “Regulation on Trading of Mining Products on the Exchange” and the “Regulation on Settlement of Trading of Mining Products on the Exchange” until April 1, 2027.

This decision was made in accordance with Articles 6.1.1 and 6.2.10 of the Law on the Legal Status of the Financial Regulatory Commission, as well as Article 9.2 of the Law on the Mining Products Exchange.
