Pursuant to Order No. 119 dated March 25, 2026, issued by the Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Commission, and Order No. A/150 dated March 30, 2026, issued by the Chief Executive Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, an amendment has been made to the securities registration of Erdene Resource Development Corporation listed on the Mongolian Stock Exchange.

A total of 25,000 additional common shares, registered on the Toronto Stock Exchange (Canada), have been added to the existing 65,227,554 shares, increasing the total number of issued shares to 65,252,554, as reflected in the updated securities registration.
