Pursuant to Article 6.9.3 of the Charter of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, Article 10.3.3 of the “Regulation on Registration of Asset-Backed Securities,” as well as official letters No. 01/350 dated April 6, 2026, and No. 01/367 dated April 8, 2026, from the Mongolian Central Securities Depository, and official letter No. 26/21 dated April 8, 2026, from UAF Asset Management LLC, the following decision has been made:

The 200,000 units of asset-backed securities (code: 5012 / BGFL) issued by Bichil ABS Loyalty SPC LLC have reached maturity and have been fully repaid. Accordingly, by Order No. A/176 dated April 14, 2026, issued by the Chief Executive Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, these securities have been delisted from the Exchange’s securities register.
