Pursuant to Resolution No. 03 dated January 8, 2026, issued by the Financial Regulatory Commission, and Order No. A/04 dated January 5, 2026, issued by the Chief Executive Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, the “Umnugovi Bond” debt instrument has been registered in the Exchange’s securities listing.
Under the program of the Governor of Umnugovi Province, approval has been granted to issue bonds totaling MNT 500 billion, to be raised from the public in phases as follows:

2026: MNT 150 billion

2027: MNT 300 billion

2028: MNT 50 billion
Within this framework, subscription orders for the first tranche of the Umnugovi Bond will be accepted via the Mongolian Stock Exchange IPO system from May 13, 2026, to May 19, 2026, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on business days.
