In accordance with Order No. 421 dated June 15, 2026, issued by the Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Commission, and Order No. A/287 dated June 17, 2026, issued by the Chief Executive Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, an amendment has been made to the securities listing of Erdene Resource Development Corporation registered on the Mongolian Stock Exchange.

The total number of issued common shares of Erdene Resource Development Corporation has been increased by 18,334 shares, which were additionally listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange of Canada, raising the total number of shares from 65,338,388 to 65,356,722.
