Listed joint stock companies on the Mongolian Stock Exchange are required to submit their semi-annual financial statements to the Exchange by July 20, in accordance with Article 20.1.6 of the Law of Mongolia on the Securities Market and Article 10.4 of the Law on Accounting.

In connection with the extension granted by the Ministry of Finance of Mongolia—extending the deadline for submission until July 27, 2026—all listed companies are hereby advised to submit their semi-annual financial statements within the extended deadline and ensure compliance with their legal obligations.

Failure to fulfill these obligations within the specified timeframe will result in the Mongolian Stock Exchange publicly disclosing the violation and notifying the Financial Regulatory Commission. In case of repeated violations, sanctions will be imposed in accordance with the Financial Regulatory Commission’s “Listing Regulation,” the Mongolian Stock Exchange’s “Disclosure Regulation for Issuers,” and the Listing Agreement.
