The Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE) will participate as a strategic partner in the “Mongolia Investment Forum”, to be held in London on September 15, 2026. This initiative aims to expand international investment cooperation and further integrate Mongolia’s capital market with global financial markets.
The forum is being organized for the second consecutive year by Capital Markets Mongolia (CMM), bringing together leading Mongolian companies, policymakers, regulatory bodies, and international investors under the themes of Equities, IPOs, Impact Investing, AI, and Fintech.
Within the framework of the forum, several strategic topics aimed at advancing Mongolia’s capital market to a new level of international cooperation will be discussed. These include:

Expanding cooperation between the Mongolian Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange

Exploring opportunities for dual listings between the two exchanges

Organizing training sessions and discussions on securities listing and corporate governance

The forum has already attracted participation from prominent global financial institutions and investors, including Franklin Templeton, JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, StoneX Group, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Standard Chartered, BNY Mellon, UBS, Pictet Group, Symbiotics UK, Adamant Capital, Cavendish, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), STJ Advisors, and PhillipCapital.
This forum is particularly timely, as the Government of Mongolia has recently initiated cooperation with Franklin Templeton to accelerate reforms of state-owned enterprises. These reforms aim to align governance with international standards, consolidate assets into a National Investment Fund, and prepare for future public offerings on both domestic and international stock exchanges.
In addition, amid ongoing legal reforms in the banking sector, systemically important commercial banks are preparing to access international capital markets, including potential dual listings. In this context, the forum will serve as an important platform to present new opportunities in Mongolia’s capital market to global investors and to strengthen collaboration among the public sector, private sector, and financial institutions.
