Pursuant to Resolution No. 166 dated May 7, 2026, issued by the Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia on the revocation of the company’s special license, and Resolution No. 31 dated August 3, 2026, of the Board of Directors of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, the membership rights of “Undurkhaan Invest Securities” LLC have been revoked.

The Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia will take the necessary measures to transfer the clients of the company to a securities company selected through the tender process announced by the Financial Regulatory Commission, without any additional fees or costs to the clients.
