Pursuant to Resolution No. 123 dated April 9, 2026, issued by the Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia regarding the revocation of the company’s special license, and Resolution No. 30 dated August 3, 2026, of the Board of Directors of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, the membership rights of “Masdaq Securities” LLC were revoked, and the company was removed from the membership of the Mongolian Stock Exchange.

The Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia will organize and take the necessary measures to transfer the clients of the company to a securities company selected through the tender process announced by the Financial Regulatory Commission, without imposing any additional fees or costs on the clients.
