“XacBank” JSC has resolved to distribute a dividend of MNT 18 (eighteen tugriks) per share, based on its financial results for the first half of 2026, pursuant to Article 46.1 of the Company Law, Clause 8.6(ii) of the Charter of “XacBank” JSC, and Resolution No. R-2026-37 of the Bank’s Board of Directors dated August 19–20, 2026.
