EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES OF “APU” JSC VISIT THE MONGOLIAN STOCK EXCHANGE

2026-09-04 09:22:40

Representatives of “APU” JSC, a company listed in Category I of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, visited the Exchange and were introduced to its operations and activities.

“APU” JSC has developed the principle that every employee should have the opportunity, as a shareholder, to benefit from the growth in value and returns generated through their own work as an important part of its corporate culture.

In line with this approach and pursuant to a resolution of its Board of Directors, in 2024 the company provided more than 8,000 employees of Shunkhlai Group with shares in the company. As a result, the long-term interests of employees, shareholders, and the company have increasingly converged, further strengthening the principles of shared growth and shared value creation.

The number of shareholders of “APU” JSC has now reached 39,654, representing an all-time high for the company. This reflects growing investor confidence in the company’s long-term growth, sustainable development, and transparent corporate governance as a publicly listed company.

Furthermore, pursuant to Resolution No. 26/10 of the Board of Directors of “APU” JSC dated August 18, 2026, the company resolved to distribute a dividend of MNT 80 per share based on its financial results for the first half of 2026.

As a publicly listed company, “APU” JSC reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening transparent and responsible corporate governance, creating long-term sustainable value together with its employees, investors, and shareholders, and pursuing its goal of bringing Mongolian-made brands to consumers around the world.

During the visit, P. Nyamdorj, Senior Specialist of the Public Relations and Information Department of the Mongolian Stock Exchange JSC, delivered a training session providing participants with fundamental knowledge of investment and the capital market.
