“Hermes Center” JSC announced that, pursuant to Article 46 of the Company Law, Article 10 of the Company Charter, and Resolution No. 06 of its Board of Directors dated August 28, 2026, it will distribute dividends of MNT 16.90 per share from the company’s net profit for the first half of 2026.

The record date for determining the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends has been set as September 16, 2026. Dividends will be distributed through the Central Securities Depository LLC from September 18, 2026, and credited to the accounts of shareholders who submit a request, no later than October 10, 2026.
